Bleeding 2 weeks after period

Today, I felt faint cramping and thought nothing of it. I go pee, and notice on my liner light pink spotting. I wipe - same thing, light pink. Still felt faint cramping; it came and went. Later on, I go to the bathroom and notice it’s a darker red, even when I wipe.

My last period ended Feb. 5. Next period is supposed to start Mar. 4. I’m only on day 23 of my cycle. What does this mean?
