Im in 8th grade rn and I have two close guy friends

I have had a crush on this guy for more than half a year and I haven't told him but he is one of the friends

The other one I use to have a crush on like 2 years ago but not recently so we became friends and he knows that I like the other friend

Recently though I don't know but I think I might be getting a crush on the other friend too but I haven't told anyone and idk what to do
