Possible implantation!

So 2/19 had a speck of spotting when I wiped thought my period was just coming but the next day nothing and today nothing. But yesterday I felt nauseous all day and today I’ve been fine. I’m currently CD 30/w a average 32 cycle! Could it be possible implantation?
