I’ve taken several pregnancy test all positive Period was due today last night I had really extreme cramping and lower back pain for about 2 Min then went away today I now have bleeding it’s not soaking a pad I only see it if I Stick tissue up vagina and then I see it and I’m having mild cramps took another test it’s still faint positive could it be a Miscarriage or chemical pregnancy I had a miscarriage 8 months ago I had to get a d&c what should I do
