So when you start introducing baby food how often do you feed, how much, do you still do formula too?

Solids aren’t a replacement, always make sure 90% of their consumption is breast milk or formula.

Yes formula or breast milk first, then 1 meal with food a day. Introduce 1 new food every 4-6 days. After a good amount of time then add food to another meal time. Always feed a bottle like you normally would. That's how they get their calories until 1. Right now your teaching them how to swallow other things. It's not to replace any bottles.

Purées and solids are just snacks until they reach a year. They still need breast milk/formula as their main form of nurishment.

They will still need at least 4 breastmilk or formula feedings a day! Solids are best served about an hour after breastfeeding/formula. You don’t want them to be starving or they’ll get frustrated.

I’m going to introduce it around 2more weeks starting with a veggie so baby won’t get stuck on sweets with fruit and not like veggies and I’ll be adding it with her normal schedule not replace a bottle just adding
