I can’t ride him and I’m embarrassed 😔

I’ve never rode my boyfriend and lately he’s been wanting me too but I always tell him no because I like being on the bottom better but I really can’t ride him😭 I’ve tried it a couple times and I can’t get the hang of it I’m embarrassed practicing on him I’ve only been with 3 guys my whole life, any other ways I can practice?
