Is ovulation pain supposed to feel like menstrual pains? The past few days I’ve had mild twinges but today I’ve been cramping so bad to the point that I’m almost in tears. Pain feels much worst than when I’m on my period. Feels like one of those heavy painful periods I get once in a while. My opk from this morning was negative but since 3pm today it has been positive. Also feel a bit sick to my stomach. I’ve never felt this way before & kind of a bit scared. Any stories or experiences with this would really put my mind at ease. Took a pregnancy test also & it’s negative.
