When can I lift heavy objects post c-section?

These are my discharge instructions and I just noticed everything has a time frame except the no lifting.

Call your OB and ask, it seems to depend. My SIL wasn’t allowed to drive for 6 weeks whereas I was told I could after 2 weeks once I felt comfortable. I was told no lifting heavy for 2 weeks but don’t overdo it after that. I’ll lift my son in his car seat now but I don’t carry it from point A to point B, I put it in the caddy. But, again, it really depends on your situation and doctor.

My first c section I wasn’t able to do anything for a few weeks. But this time around, I feel like I healed much faster and was honestly back to normal routine 1.5 weeks after, but obviously didn’t over do it.
