💩Constipated baby ?💩

My babes is 1 week 3 days and I think she is constipated. she hasent eaten much today and I havent had any poopies lately. Also shes been making  pushing grunt noises all day. What can I do to help her ?? at home remedies?
(its late right now and cant run to the store to get something) 
shes not a happy baby right now :(

Formula or breastfed? Bicycle legs, carry belly down, belly massage, warm bath, gas drops... The grunting without anything happening plus colic were my sons symptoms for dairy allergy. Not saying that's what is happening here but just so you can research it and discuss with your pediatrician if you feel it's a fit.

What do you mean she hasn't eaten much today? Keep offering the nipple whenever you can and see if she would take it. And when she stops eating, it's okay. Just offer again another time.
Sometimes eating could get the poop going. Also, doing bicycle kicks and infant massages help too.

Pump her legs!  Rub her belly in a downward motion.  Rub her back downward too.

Give her warm milk if your bottle feeding warm up the water than put the formula it will sooth her stomach and help her poop
