Although I will have to say, things are much less complicated and stressful to determine when you are on birth control, so I would say if your young and want to have sex, get on birth control no doubt, then if u wanna go crazy u can with more flexibility and comfort.

When you know you’re ready, are with someone you can trust 100%, know how conception works and how to be safe(prevent pregnancy and stis/stis). Also something that isn’t really discussed on here when asked this question, but I feel is important and wish I’d gotten the chance to figure this out before mine was taken non consensually, is like be comfortable with your own sexuality and body before having sex.
