Weight loss*** update ladies****
So happy to say I’m down 13 pounds not much but a start ask me questions!! To the left 188 to the right 175. Goal 155! Some inspiration!!
UPDATE: I’ve currently lost 5 more pounds.. I will say I’m lucky to have a booty I’ve always had it since I was a little girl. But I cut white bread rice and pasta. I don’t eat passed 7. If I want carbs I stick to it in the very early morning. I also workout for at least an hour 4-5 a week no less than 3 days a week if I’m busy. I drink a tons of water TONS. Please ask away this journey I’d love to see other woman’s results. I know for booty I seen it get more muscular on the 30 day squat challenge..let’s do this I have 20 more pounds to hit my goal if I can I know you can !!!!
