Cheated

I am insecure.

I looked at my husband phone. I noticed he talks to a lot of females. I found a very old message on Facebook. Turns out he cheated on me a week after we got married.

I feel completely empty. Nights hit me the most and I cant stop thinking about him with someone else. I've told him I need him to put more effort in our marriage.

How do I get over this?
