Depends on the relationship. If my brother smacked my butt I'd punch him in the shoulder or stomach. I know it wouldn't a be sexual thing. It would be him just trying to pester me. I'm 32 and he is 42 so I don't see it happening but if it did I would still sock him just like old times. Our family was affectionate and touchy all around so I wouln't bat an eye. 
I can see how it wouldn't sit well with other people though.

Thats fucking weird im sorry. My 3 year old brother does it to me rarely because he doesn’t know better (his parents dont teach him or discipline him very much) but i tell him off so quickly. If it were someone older theres no way in hell. Its appropriate in every situation in my opinion.

Yeah. Not okay. Even if it’s a ‘joke’, it not only makes you mega uncomfortable (at least I’m assuming), but makes him look like the biggest creep. Talk to him about it and if it continues, tell your parents
