Clomid? Period?

Hey y’all! So I have a quick question.
My doctor told me to start my clomid on day 3 of my period.
Do you count spotting at day one or when you start a flow?

The first day of an actual flow should be considered CD1. Do you normally spot before a period? I’d talk with your doctor since you’re taking Clomid, just to make sure you’re taking it on the day you’re supposed to! Good luck!
