Painful sex. Pressure help :/

10 dpo. Can feel pressured in uterus. Having very strong anxiety, haven’t had it like this in years. Tried to be last night and my vjj is super tight and hurts to bd. Is this normal? Anyone else have this? Please help I go to doc on Monday. Thank you! Baby dust to all!
