Pink discharge pelvic pain

I’m almost 28 weeks pregnant with my second & I lost part of my mucus plug Wednesday (big snot blood stained when I wiped) then nothing today I got very light pink discharge & pelvic pain & lower back pain it’s not terrible pain but definitely noticeable what do u reckon I should do ?

I did have bad sickness yesterday & abit of diarrhoea today.
