And now I'm having the LONGEST period of my life! I'm 31 and my period never lasts more than 5 days. I always had a period with my iud (skyla) and it wasn't too bad. Now though I'm on period day 9. It will lighten up and I think its over, only to be surprised later. Y'all, I just want to cry. And to stop bleeding. I'm going to lose my damn mind! And how the heck am I supposed to track my ovulation if I don't ever stop bleeding?! 😭 I am being very dramatic right now I know, but my hormones are killing me. Help.
