Does anyone else with depression and anxiety have it hit them really hard right before and or during their period?

OMG yes! I actually have my annual well woman exam scheduled with my gynecologist on Tuesday and I'm going to discuss this exactly with her. It really affects my life personally and professionally because I become so short and on edge with people. My relationship with my boyfriend is perfect up until about a week before my period and then we fight non stop until I start my period. It's so confusing and I try to stop myself from being so emotional and snappy but I legit can't.
