Hey! I got a gun graft 5 days ago. A couple people asked me to tell them how it was so they could decide if they would get it.

It didn’t hurt AT ALL!! They numbed my mouth and I had laughing gas. It was a 30 minute procedure, and I literally felt NOTHING.

They said day 1 (morning) was the worst, but I felt no pain. It’s a little uncomfortable, but no pain. I’ve taken the Acetomenaphin-Codeine 3x- 2 first day and 1 on the 4th day. The 2 on the first day were a precaution.

On the 4th day, I was to take my retainer out. Everyone said it would hurt, so I took the medicine above. IT DIDNT! It just felt odd.

So, as of now, getting a gum graft has not hurt, and is an excuse to eat tons of dessert!❤️
