Did i already ovulate?

I had a miscarriage back in November. I have been trying to track my ovulation because my husband and I are ttc. I have been taking ovulation test and taking my bbt. I am very new to this tracking. My cycle has been different since the miscarriage. Can anyone help me to see if I have ovulated yet? 😊😊

You need two more temps that are higher than the highest of the previous 6 to confirm ovulation. I would also recommend using the opk analyzer to capture pictures of your opks as they are no longer valid because they are outside of the testing window.

So most tests say you shouldn’t use FMU to test. You should be testing between 10am and 8pm. I usually do once in the morning and once at night during that time frame. Also, you should make sure you are consistently testing at the same time each day. Some LH surges only last only last 12 hours so its best to do twice a day.
