Intermittent Fasting

I’m going on vacation sometime late March and I REALLY want to lose some weight before then. I’m about 150 something right now which is the heaviest I have ever been, usually I go between 125/135. I feel like I’ve completely lost myself I feel so bad. I’d like to lose 10 pounds I think I’m going to try intermittent fasting. My sister was doing it for a while and she lost 12 pounds in a month. I’d like to know other people’s experience with it?
