WHAT I DID TO GET MY BFP
So hubby and I tried for 3 years before I finally got my baby almost two years ago. We tried again for baby number 2 and it wasn't happening until I decided to adopt the same tricks I used to get my first bfp.Here is a little breakdown of some things I did which I personally believe increased my chances. I cannot guarantee it but hey! you never know.
1. I started exercising my treadmill by walking for 20 minutes 3-4 times a week. Exercising helps put the stress hormone which could affects fertility in check.
2. I ate lots of fresh veggies and fruits and also lowered my read meat.
3. Added an extra vitamin d to my prenatal
4. I ate more oat meal with blended almonds instead of milk for breakfast
5. I used organic extra virgin olive oil as lubricants( it obviously helped me better get my bfp than preseed)
6. I also Drunk lemon water every day. Lemon is processed as alkaline in our bodies which helps neutralizes the acidity responsible in killing most the sperms in the vagina even before they get a chance to meet the egg.
7. Did Opk's around fertile Windows.
8. Most importantly i prayed and remained hopeful.
