I recently just got the Depo shot about a week ago and my doctor told me the shot is effective in a week. Its been over a week and my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex and I think he got some cum inside me. Any chance I should be worried? Not paranoid or anything, just curious. I am aware of how birth control works, but I’m just wondering because I’ve never been on BC until now.

Also, what if he finishes inside me a lot of times every now and then ? Would that make the BC less effective?
