25 weeks pregnant

Does anyone else have really terrible LOWER BACK PAIN?! It’s so bad during the night it’s hard to turn sides bc of the pain I have when I try to move. Also have pain when I’m sitting when I get up from places like the bed our couch. It’s a strong sharp pain in my tailbone area.
