Constant bleeding, panty liner

This has been going for about 2 months now. I have to change a panty liner about 4 hours a day. Only had about 2-3 days each month that I haven’t bled. I don’t have insurance and can’t afford to go to the obgyn doc. I’m only 33 and haven’t had this before. Any ideas what’s going on?
