Twins?

Bree • Mommy of 3: 2 girls and 1 boy. Trying for baby #4❤️💜💓 RN class of 2019

Anyone with twins out there? Anyone in general ? Lbvs.. 5 weeks 5 days dr thought I was way more further along cus my hcg is 23000... no heart beat yet so I go back Monday to make sure it’s a viable pregnancy but doesn’t this look like two egg yolks?? Or what???? I do have pcos.... Help 😳
