This Can’t Be Happening

I literally jus took a pregnancy test at work and it showed up 2 lines IMMEDIATELY. My period was due Tuesday 2/19 and didn’t show so I was getting a little nervous. I already have a handsome baby boy who isn’t even one yet! His first birthday is March 16th right around the corner. I am only 24 years old. I don’t know what feeling I am feeling right now. I don’t know what to do. Someone please say something....
