Waiting for the first appointment

I am 5 weeks.. I had 3 days of cramping and sore nipples..today it seems that everything is subsiding is this normal? I took another positive test this morning (I’ll probably be testing every day till my appointment lol) My doctor wants me to wait till I’m 8 weeks to be seen😩😩😩
