For the past year I got a new set of acrylics every month, giving my natural nails abt 2-3 days to “heal” in between.. today I got my nails taken off and my nail technician asked me if I’m ready for another set and I told her no. I’ve decided I’m going to cut ties with fake nails and grow out my natural ones.. it’s going to be a long process but so worth it in the long run. Any advice/products that’ll help strengthen my real nails again?
