***Update***

I think it’s AF 😞

I had severe period like cramps all night that lessened in the morning. Spotting is still light but has become redder (sign it’s AF). I’m clueless because I never had this short cycle (25days)! I have stressed myself too much this month with this tracking and trying. And I think that’s what messed up my cycle. Guess I’m out this month. I’m seeing a doctor anyway this week. Hope everything comes out normal with my tests 😕

Ladies could this be IB? I have a 30 day cycle usually and I ovulate around day 15. Having light cramps though no other symptoms. Just hoping this is not AF.
