When did you tell your family you are expecting?

Just found out we are pregnant after 1 year of trying. I’m so excited, it’s hard to keep this a secret. Just wondering when everyone let the cat out of the bag.

I told my mom the day i found out, my husband told his family around 5 weeks and we’re waiting to tell siblings until about 10 weeks

First two kids was 8 weeks. Third was 11 weeks because we knew people wouldn’t be super happy so I didn’t want to hear it.

My family (mom and dad), after my second positive pregnancy test. 
My husband’s family (mom, dad, sister), after about 7 weeks. Had a tiny ultrasound, but also got to surprise the first time grandparents for thanksgiving. Sent them a Christmas tree ornament and FaceTimed them when they opened it.

I’ll be 5 weeks tom and plan on telling my mom, sister, and step dad next week.

I'm 29 weeks and I still havent told my family 😑

We told both our parents as soon as we found out about 5 weeks, just due to us all being very close. We waited a bit longer to tell others but we’re blabbermouths so most everyone knew before 12 weeks.
