So I’m brand new to menstrual cups.(haven’t even had a period w/ one yet)

I love the idea of them and can’t wait to try

I’ve been doing “dry runs” just practicing for the real thing. I’ve been able to insert/remove it fine.

But my main question, for now, is... what is this? Is this normal vaginal discharge?

It was there after I removed the cup after only being in for about 5 minutes
