Hi everyone, did you use progesterone, baby aspirin (or both) to help you conceive?

What do they do?

When did you start taking it - when trying to conceive or after bfp?

What was your dose?

I asked two different <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> clinics and they both prescribe progesterone before embryo transfer. One clinic says 2 weeks before transfer, another one says 6 days before. However my gynecologist said there is no scientific proof that it helps, but there's no harm in trying. So I'm confused!! Can you share your story about these two meds?
