First month Opk

I skipped taking a test yesterday and today is fairly positive? So we BD today! it’s crazy because glow predicts I’m going to ovulate on CD 22 but today is only day # 12. I think the past two months we tried to conceive we tried too late I had already ovulated early. Opks do help
