Might get SO much hate for this. Honestly he only watches about 5-10 minutes, not even that, of it and then he gets bored or goes back to playing... he's 16 weeks and he LOVES the moving colors and music... he LOVES music.

He doesn't do this all day obviously, like i said 5-10 minutess everytime we turn it on (usually for background noise, and it's ALWAYS a disney movie or a cartoon, just for him) most of the time he's too busy playing with what's infront of him, talking to himself, doing tummy time or i sit and talk to him OR he's asleep in my arms. I enjoy watching the kids movies too 😂 also we don't have TV reception, the only thing we CAN watch on the TV is Netflix through our PS4.

We all grew up with TV, Lion King was my FAVOURITE movie! And so was Fern Gully at 4 years old... that movie taight me about empathy for the earth and compassion for the trees and animals that live on this planet.

Also, i made mud pies and danced, drew, made origami, pretended i was an army person. So, it's OK to put your kid infront of the TV for ONE movie once in a while. It will not kill them. That being said, those that don't give their kids TV time (KUDOS TO YOU!) I think that's great.

When it comes to phones and tablets and video games... that's a WHOLE different story. He is NOT getting any of those until he is old enough to pay for one himself.
