How dilated were you when you got induced? How’d your induction go?

I was a “tight 3” when I came in, the nurse said. I started pitocin at 3 pm and she was born at 6:35 pm. This is also my 4th baby and I had a early/prodromal labor for weeks before. It went very quick though.

I was a 1. 80% thinned. Let’s just say I got induced on a Friday and didn’t have baby till Sunday. 😩

I was a 3 until had my water broken 15 hours later then I went to a 7 within 30 minutes after that and then I started pushing about 30 minutes later and she was out in 10 minutes with 3 pushes

My water broke and when I went to the hospital, I was not dilated at all and 0% effaced. They had a hard time even reaching my cervix. So I got induced and had a 43 hour labor....but it was okay in the end.

I had no dilation at all. They started with the stuff to help my cervix mature and I had my baby within less than 18 hours after that. I never needed pitocin. Once labor stated I had my baby within 5.5 hours.

Was 1.5cm when I went in. Got cervadil put in and got to 3cm when labour began. 3hrs later I had my baby. No pitocin was required.

I was 1.5 and after 2 rounds of cervidil and 18 hours of pitocin I ended up with a c section. Leaving and coming back later was not an option due to my blood pressure we had to get baby out

I was a solid 4. Started pitocin at 10pm Monday night (2/11). Got to about a 6 the next afternoon. Doc broke my water. Had contractions for an hour then had an epidural. Couple hours later I was ready to push. Pushed for an hour (cracking jokes and watching Big Bang theory between pushes). My son was born at 704 pm Tuesday night 2/12. Second degree tear.

I was a 3 and my induction went well.  I had pitocin and felt mild contractions for a couple of hours... then when they strengthened to amount I was getting, I maybe felt painful contractions for about a half hour, then I asked for the epidural.  That took about ten minutes to kick in.  Not long after I was ready to push and had the baby a half hour after pushing:)
