TMI!!

So I just started my period today. Also, I just started the nuvaring. I had it in for 3 weeks and took it out last Sunday so i am supposed to put it back in tomorrow the 24th. When I went to change my tampon tonight I found these 2 things attached to my tampon. I’ve never had anything like this before.
