Alright ladies I seriously need to rant about work so apologies in advance 😜 why do people feel the need to fight the coupon policy!!!! I’m sorry I’m following my job and you can’t use a percentage off one item for each of your 20 things in separate transactions🙃 I work at a craft store and am a front end so I’m generally always on register. Our coupon policy (like most other craft stores at least) are one single % off one regular item coupon per customer per day per transaction. Doesn’t matter if there’s multiple of the same type available i.e. one is 40% one is 50% it’s still one coupon of that type. There’s more to it but let’s focus on that: SO while we’ve been lenient before we were told to really enforce the policy now. I get it, it sucks we know. But why must someone fight me on it saying “I’m always here you guys always do it now all of a sudden it changes!”

I don’t care I really don’t, please go and bother the competitor store ITS NOT A THREAT TO US!! My managers even restated the same policy and this customer has the nerve to say “ oh I thought you were gonna be cool and help me out” well now I really don’t want to so good job 😝

Oof I really can’t deal with ignorant people. PLEASE REMEMBER: cashiers are people doing their job if you don’t wanna respect the stores policy then leave thanks 🥰 anyone else in retail that can relate 🤔💁🏻‍♀️
