25 weeks- bleeding after sex

Ive searched all the answers here on glow but i need my own. Just had sex and went to use the restroom after. Wiped and see blood. It was a med amount. Terrifying to say the least! Weve been having sex regularly throughout this pregnancy and this is the first time its happened. I'm 25+3. Anyone else? Any answers to ease my mind for the night? 😞
