Pinching pain in right breast. A little scared

So I started have bad pinching pain in my right boob and it would come and go this morning and now the pain is much more regular and is getting worst. Then I start to look around and there is a small red bumb near the areola it’s not hard but it does hurt and especially when touched and the pinching pain is in different areas but when I touch the bump it has the same pinching pain. Very scared I’m trying not to think of the worst.

Also things that might me important; I’m on birth control hair, and my period is 2 days away
