Grey Poop?

I just changed my baby girl whose 1 month old, I noticed her stool color because I always check the color and texture in case it changes and I noticed it was a darker grey. Please help me 😓

Grey is not a good color. Keep an eye on her and call your Dr asap in the morning. Keep the diaper if you can and take it in to be tested.
