High fertility days and no peak

How many people do the clear blue advanced OT and have high days and no peak? This is my 3rd cycle with no peak. I take the test around my fertile window.. I'm high and I think great the egg should drop in a few days.. then I continue to be high until I get my period. It does say on the side if you have 3 or more cycles with no peak to consult your gp. Is this something I should be worried about 😭 we have been trying and no luck so far. I came off the pill over a year and a half ago and my periods have been so irregular since - I went to the gp about it and was told I was going through early menopause. I'm only 25 so as you can believe super stressful! Then I was told I was okay..angry was not the word! Now were trying anyway and nothing is happening and I'm clearly not producing an egg :( looking for advice if anyone else has had this problem and what does it mean? You just assume if your high you must peak eventually but nothing in 3 months :(
