I’ve been thinking about putting myself forward to be a model a lot recently but I’m too scared I’ll be knocked back! 
Do you guys honestly think it’s something I could do? Or should I just hold back for the moment?

I agree with Chikky, it’s really tough and competitive. You’ll have to start by networking and building your portfolio. Do you know anyone in the business? Any photographers? They might be able to connect you on how/where to start. My friend is a model and fits the height and size requirements but recently cut all her hair off to look even more unique (tall and thin girls are already incredibly easy to find). She’s getting a lot more work thanks to networking and her unique look I’d say. Good luck!
