Is anyone else still breastfeeding but trying after getting your period/cycles back? Or has anyone had success with breastfeeding and getting pregnant? :) :) :)

I'm still breastfeeding my 17 month old, but I've had my period back shortly after he turned 12 months. They were irregular for the first 3 cycles, but they seem to be settling into something a bit more regular. The problem seems to be that I ovulate late (CD 20) then get my period on CD 28 which gives me an 8 day luteal phase. Need make it become longer then maybe I'll have a chance!
