Last night i woke up at 245 feeling nauseous and tried to fall back asleep ignoring it. It was working so i sat up slowly and i could feel i was unbelievably hot and had sweat all on my chest back and the back of neck was soaked. I got to the bathroom thinking i was going to puke but didn’t so i decided to lay bare on my back on the bathroom tile and cool down and within 15 min i could feel myself come back to normal temp and nausea was better. Then i went back to bed.

Never had a hot flash like this before i couldn’t believe how hot i was, i don’t sleep in layers or layers of blankets either! I’m 9dpo too anyone ever have hot flashes like this before ??
