Natural or did you buy things to get pregnant?

Hey ladies , it's been 6 months of trying. And we have been doing it the natural way. I have not bought any OPKs or anything. Did you guys use anything like OPKs, vitamins, Preseed, anything you guys suggest that worked for you when you got your BFP?! 
         
Any good sex positions? Anything will help!!!

Yes opks and temp! Ovulation is different each month and sex positions dont have anything to do with getting prego

And you should definitely be on prenatals. Preseed is just a lubricant that is safe for sperm. If you don’t produce enough egg white cm.
