Cramps
For my first few periods my cramps were so painful it was unbearable, but around my 13th cycle I had cramps so bad i was vomiting and in so much pain I couldn’t move the next was the same but ever since then my cramps have been only painful on the first day- and even then its fine with a hot water bottle??!
