Hey girls. I am 9 DOO, I have a really achey and tight lower back that I only ever get during my AF. I have a loss of appetite and slight nausea that comes and goes. I have been having LOADS of weird very odd pulling/pinching twinges in my left and right sides on my abdomen. My AF is not due for another 6 days.

Im 10 dpo and have been having the same signs since a few days after my ovulation day(according to glo) also cramping but no bleeding my cm is milky and there when i wipe and on my undies. AF is due in 4 days. Trying to hold out until then.

It’s SO hard to tell this early. I was pregnant last year and had a miscarriage...but almost every cycle since then, I’ve compared my symptoms to that cycle when I was pregnant and convinced myself I’m pregnant because PMS and pregnancy symptoms are EXACTLY the same this early!!! I honesty didn’t get “real” symptoms (and have heard the same from other girls who are/have been pregnant) until around 8-9 weeks something like that. 
Don’t make yourself crazy! I know it’s so hard!!! ♥️

Pregnancy and PMS symptoms are the same. You could very well be pregnant. When i conceived I had twinges on one side. I was tired too.
