Does eating healthy get easier?

Recently started a lifestyle change which entailed me to completely change around my diet for health reasons. I eat similar to paleo.

I cut out dairy about a month ago as well as most processed foods, and am working on cutting out sugar and gluten completely now.

Once I switched over to majority vegetables in my diet within the past week I’ve been soooo tired and nauseous. (Definitely not pregnant)

Does it get better and easier? Anyone experience something similar? I thought I was supposed to have more energy but I constantly feel hungry, my cravings are intense, and I’m really exhausted
