Advil and TTC

So we just had a snowpocolypse and I was out shoveling and hurt the hell out of my back. Will taking Advil affect anything if I’m trying to get pregnant? Normally I would just suck it up but I can’t even stand up straight 😩. Also what about icy hot? Or any other things to help my back feel better?
